Two are already on our list, two we will make for you as new flavors, and one turns out to be a product you already have under a second name. All five are addressed below.

Rocky Road and the Moose Tracks style are not on our current list. We are happy to make both — here is the honest position on each.
Moose Tracks is a registered trademark licensed to dairies by its owner, so we cannot sell ice cream under that name without a licence. The recipe itself — vanilla, peanut butter cups, fudge ribbon — is not restricted, so we can make it and sell it under our own name. Mimi’s Tracks is our working placeholder; if you would rather it read differently on your accounts’ menus, tell us and we will label it that way. Rocky Road is a generic flavor name with no such restriction, so that one stays as-is.
These two are new to our line, so their pricing is provisional until we have produced them once. If anything moves after that first run we will tell you before it affects an order — and the price quoted here is held for this order either way.
Minimum order — none. Order any mix of flavors, any quantity, even a single tub.
Payment — under 10 tubs, no deposit on order; payment due at pickup or delivery. At 10 tubs or more, 50% on order with the balance due at pickup or delivery.
Tub deposit — $5.00 per 3-gallon tub, refunded when tubs come back to us.
Lead time — 24 hours on standing flavors as things stand today. Rocky Road and Mimi’s Tracks need a first ingredient buy, so allow a few extra days on those two the first time only.
Handoff — pickup at our Delta kitchen at no charge, or delivery to your Blue Sky Drive location. Ten minutes either way.
Cold chain — product is released hard-frozen at −10°F or below.
The five tubs from the 29 July run went out as a goodwill sample order, and the $5.00-per-tub deposit on them is waived, not deferred. Nothing is owed on those tubs and nothing from that order is carried into the totals above.
If those five do come back to us, we will still credit $5.00 each — $25.00 total against a future order. Returning them is entirely optional; the credit is there if it is convenient.
